From a quick sketch or aerial photo through to a polished, print-ready map bundle,
we handle the whole process for you. Most parks receive their first proof in just
a few days.
Send us your location and any sketches or site plans you have.
We study aerial imagery and layouts to understand your park.
We create a clear initial proof for you to mark up with changes.
We refine the design and supply a full set of digital files.
Watch a short walkthrough of us designing a real holiday park map from start to finish.
1
From your sketch to our starting point
Many parks start with a simple hand-drawn map, a basic Publisher layout, or a rough
sketch in a notebook. You don’t need anything fancy – as long as it shows the pitches,
roads and key facilities, we can work with it.
Send us a photo or scan of your existing map (or even just mark up a printout) and tell
us roughly what you’d like to improve – clearer roads, pitch numbers, new facilities,
better orientation, and so on.
2
We study aerial photography & site layout
We combine your sketch with aerial photography and any site plans you have available.
This helps us understand the true shape of the park, the road layout, pitch positions and
key features such as lakes, play areas, pods and static rows.
Where needed, we’ll straighten things up slightly so the finished map is easy to read,
but we always keep it faithful to the real-world layout of your park.
3
Initial proof & your amendments
Next, we design a clean, easy-to-follow map and email you a first proof. This is your
chance to tell us what needs changing – maybe a road name has altered, a pod has moved,
or you want to highlight certain facilities more clearly.
Most customers simply print the proof, scribble on it, then take a photo and email it
back. We apply your changes and send an updated proof, often the same day.
4
Final polish & delivery of your files
Once you’re happy with the layout, we finish the styling: adding trees, icons, building
shading, pitch numbers and any branding you require. When you approve the final proof,
we prepare a bundle of digital files for you.
Typical bundles include high-resolution PDFs, PNGs/JPGs for web use and vector files for
printers or designers. You can use the map on your website, in brochures, arrival packs,
signage and more.
