Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

Your product will be delivered digitally by email to the email address you provide when paying for your goods. You will receive an email with details of how to obtain and download your items usually straight away but sometimes this may take more than 1 hour. If you have not received an email within 30 minutes, please contact us and we will provide you with a link directly to download your purchased items.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Once you have made a purchase and downloaded your digital files or used your unlock code then we will not issue any refunds. If you have purchased the wrong product, we will glady upgrade that product purchase to one of a higher value from our site if the difference in cost is paid. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange higher value products for lower value products. We are here to help so If you have a requirement but you are unsure which product to purchase please contact us first.

Unenforceable provisions

If any provision of this website disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.
